The popular Peace FM presenter disagreed with sports journalist, Patrick Osei Agyemang aka as Countryman Songo over who actually caused the brawl during the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
Countryman Songo during an interview with A.B on Asempa FM “Ekosi Sen”, blamed Stonebwoy for the fight and suggested that he sees nothing wrong with the ‘Gringo’ hitmaker going to the stage.
According to the sports journalist, it was normal for people to join an artiste on stage when he is receiving an award. He used his situation as an example and said, when he was awarded for his hard work at the GJA awards, he saw unknown faces with him on the stage so it was normal for Shatta Wale to join Stonebwoy.
Songo made the comment soon after Kwame Sefa Kayi had left the studio so he (Kwame) sent in a text message to the program and said he disagreed with Countryman Songo for blaming Stonebwoy for what happened.
“I like Country man Songo but on this score I disagree with him” his text read.
